PowerStationWiki is an independent publisher of buying guides for portable power stations and solar generators. We help readers work out what size they need, how long a unit will run their devices, which fits home backup, camping, an RV or a job site, and what to check on safety before buying.

What we do

• Explain the numbers. Watt-hours, running watts, surge watts, battery chemistry, solar input and charge time are explained in plain English.
• Compare products fairly. We compare manufacturer specifications, warranty terms and what published reviews and buyers report, and we say where information is missing.
• Keep safety first. Lithium batteries need care. We link to manufacturer instructions and official sources such as the CPSC for recalls and do not give medical advice.

Guides are written by the PowerStationWiki editorial desks listed on our editorial policy page. The desks are editorial teams, not individual reviewers, and an article never claims hands-on testing unless it says so.
